No. Maverick offers professionally managed, furnished studio accommodations designed for travelers who value great locations, comfort, and affordability over full-service hotel amenities. Our studios are compact and provide the essentials for a comfortable stay in some of Boston’s most desirable neighborhoods. You’re paying for a clean, comfortable place in an excellent location—not for services such as a lobby, restaurant, gym, doorman, or other traditional hotel amenities.
How large are Maverick studios?
Maverick studios are compact and designed to make efficient use of space. Unit sizes and layouts vary by property, so we encourage guests to review the photos, descriptions, and property details before booking. Our accommodations are best suited for travelers who prioritize location, convenience, and value over a large living space.
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Maverick properties do not have a front desk or secure luggage storage. Guests should plan to keep their luggage with them until check-in time and take it with them at check-out. If your travel schedule requires luggage storage, we recommend arranging a nearby third-party luggage storage service in advance.
Is daily housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is not included. Your accommodation will be prepared with fresh linens, towels, and essentials before arrival. Additional housekeeping service is available on request for a fee.
Does Maverick have onsite staff?
Maverick does not operate traditional hotel front desks. Our accommodations use self check-in, and our guest support team is available remotely if you need assistance during your stay.
Do all Maverick properties have elevators?
No. Elevator availability varies by property. Currently, our Fenway, Coolidge Corner/Brookline, and Financial District locations have elevator access. Please review the accessibility and property information for your specific accommodation before booking.
Does Maverick offer parking?
No. Maverick does not provide onsite parking. If you’re traveling by car, our guest support team can provide information about nearby public parking garages.
Where are Maverick accommodations located?
Maverick offers accommodations in some of Boston’s most popular neighborhoods, including Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South End, Fenway, and the Financial District, as well as Coolidge Corner in Brookline. We also offer accommodations in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.
How does check-in work at Maverick?
Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Earlier check-in may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability and when your accommodation is ready. Because Maverick does not have a front desk or luggage storage, guests arriving before their confirmed check-in time should make separate arrangements for their luggage.
Do Maverick studios have kitchenettes?
