Before Your Arrival

Off site Parking

Here are a few places that we and the town of Brookline recommend!

– Lot 11 at Centre Street East lot which is 0.3 miles away.

– Webster Street lot which is 0.3 miles

– Babcock Street lot which is 0.4 miles away.

– The Marriott on Webster street has a garage that you can park in as well.

The town of Brookline also has parking information on their website which we recommend our guests look into as well – this includes how to access the spots and how to be sure you’re parked in the right place! Early Check-in

Unfortunately, we cannot grant early check-in in advance. To guarantee early access to your unit, we suggest reserving the night before your scheduled arrival. Alternatively, please reach out to our team on the morning of your check-in date to see if we can grant such a request.

Luggage Storage

We recommend using Luggage Hero, a service that lets you store your bags in certified local shops, cafes, and hotels. They offer many luggage storage locations throughout the city, so there is usually one that is convenient.

Smart Lock Explanation

TO OPEN: Enter digit access code into keypad; after doing so, a click will sound and simultaneously the oval button at top will flash green. At this point, immediately turn lock to open door.

TO CLOSE: Press oval button at top and when green light flashes and clicking sound is heard, turn lock to lock the door.

If RED light is flashing, please contact us immediately.

Wifi connection Trouble Shooting

We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble connecting. We suggest opening a web browser such as safari or chrome – this should prompt you to re-enter the wifi & password to connect.

TV trouble shooting

Here are some tricks that usually help. First, be sure to point the remote at the cable box. On your TV remote, ensure that the switch located at the very top of the remote is all the way to the left under the DirecTV logo. Finally, make sure that the input on your TV is set to HDMI 1.

AC/Heat Troubleshooting

If you’re using the wall unit: on the display make sure to hit the “mode” button so that it shows “heat” or “cool” and adjust the temperature to your choosing. Then, you can hit the “hold” button and adjust the time so that it stays at this temperature for the length of time that you request. We have found that the wall unit can be easier to navigate than the remote.

If you’re using the remote: when selecting the “mode” on your remote choose the “sun” icon to increase the heat and the “snowflake” icon to increase the AC. Use the up and down arrows to adjust to the temperature of your choosing. Press the OFF TIMER button to lock in a temperature.

Trash Disposal

If you are staying short-term, you do not need to worry about the trash! Our cleaners will dispose of this for you upon your check-out. If you wish to dispose of trash during your stay, here are the guidelines. The trash room is located in the basement of the building.

There are large black barrels for garbage. Blue barrels are for recyclable goods. Failure to comply with City of Brookline trash ordinance will result in fines up to $250 per offense.

Laundry

Coin-operated washer and dryer machines are located in the basement. Laundry is $2.50/cycle per machine. We do not offer coin change machines.

Late Check Out

Due to our high occupancy rate and advanced cleaning procedures we are unable to grant late check-out in advance. To guarantee a later check-out we suggest reserving the unit for an additional night. Alternatively please reach out to our team the night before your scheduled departure to see if we can grant such a request.

Checkout Instructions

Check out time is 11AM. The cleaning crew arrives at this time so please make sure that you have collected all personal belongings, left the unit in the condition in which you entered it, and have departed. If you would like to extend your stay with Maverick Suites please let us know by contacting us directly.

General Information

Smoking Policy

Absolutely NO SMOKING. This building, as well as all Maverick Suites locations are smoke-free environments and smoking is only permitted outdoors. Any guest discovered to be smoking and substance in their suite will be subject to a $250 charge and immediate removal from the property. Tampering with any smoke detecting equipment installed by Maverick Suites is prohibited and will also be subject to immediate removal and associated penalties.

Office Hours & Emergency Line

Maverick Suite’s office hours are 9 am-10 pm daily. Please reach us at 1-877-795-4387. After 10 pm we ask current guests that need assistance to leave a message and a member of our team will return your call as soon as possible. After 10 pm all emergency calls are monitored by our Maintenance Manager. Emergencies include; inability to access unit due to code failure; electricity, heat plumbing issues. We ask current guests that need assistance to leave a message with your Name, Phone Number, the property you’re staying at, and your unit number. Please be sure to leave the best contact number to ensure speedy assistance.

Covid Procedures

We want you to feel comfortable about choosing Maverick Suites. We are in accordance with CDC and local guidelines for cleaning and safety procedures related to COVID-19. Linen Change

We would be happy to provide fresh towels or linens upon request. A linen or towel turnover is $20 each. Please let us know if you would like this service and you can expect your clean items within 24hrs.

Mail Delivered

As we do not have the onsite staff, we do not monitor or collect mail or packages from guests. If you were to have mail sent, it would have to be sent to the property during your stay and we would recommend to check and make sure it is delivered on time!

  • Quiet time starts at 9PM.
