Maverick Suites Guest Policies

Effective Date: January 1, 2025. 

At Maverick Suites, we are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. Please review and adhere to the following policies:

1. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

 

2. Room Occupancy

  • The number of guests must not exceed the posted occupancy limit on the listing.
  • Exceeding the limit may result in immediate removal without a refund.
  • Only registered guests with a valid ID may stay in the room.

 

3. WiFi

Our wireless network is provided “as is,” without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access, and we are not responsible for the security or accuracy of any information transmitted or received.

 

4. Identification & Payment

    • A valid government-issued ID matching the payment method and name on the reservation is required to book a stay.
    • Credit card payments only (debit and prepaid cards are not accepted).
    • 50% deposit required at booking; the remaining balance is due 24 hours before check-in.
    • Guests must complete verification to receive access codes.
    • Guarantee of payment is absolutely required.

     

    5. Cancellation Policy (Direct Bookings Only)

      • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in; guests receive a refund of the nightly rate and cleaning fee, minus a $50 service fee.
      • Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in: First night’s stay and associated fees are non-refundable; remaining nights and cleaning fee are refunded.

      6. No Smoking Policy

      • All Maverick Suites locations are smoke-free; smoking is only permitted outside of our premises.
      • Smoking inside the unit results in a $250 fine, immediate removal, and no refund for remaining nights.
      • Tampering with smoke detectors is strictly prohibited and will result in removal and additional $500 fine.

       

      7. Damage Policy

        • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the unit.
        • Up to $500 may be charged to credit card on file for repairs or replacements if damage is found.

         

        8. Firearms & Weapons

        • No firearms, ammunition, knives, or weapons of any kind are allowed on the property.
        • Failure to comply will result in immediate removal without refund.
        • This policy does not apply to on-duty law enforcement or military personnel required to carry firearms.

         

        9. Late Check-Out Policy

        • Unauthorized late check-outs result in a charge for an additional full night’s stay at the current rate.
        • Late check-out may be available for a $100 fee; contact Concierge for approval.
        • Guests who paid $100 fee for late check-out and fail to vacate by 2:00 PM will be charged for an additional night’s stay and may be removed from the property.

         

        10. Refusal of Service

        Maverick Suites reserves the right to evict guests without refund if they:

        • Are intoxicated and disorderly.
        • Disturb other guests.
        • Use the property for unlawful activities.
        • Damage or threaten harm to the property, staff or guests.
        • Exceed the maximum room occupancy.

         

        11. Guest Conduct

        To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, the following are strictly prohibited:

          • Smoking inside the room or building.
          • Damage, vandalism, or theft of hotel property.
          • Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind.
          • Operating a business from the room or building.
          • Pets (service animals with proper documentation are permitted).
          • Sharing door codes with unregistered guests.
          • Have disorderly guests over.

          Guests must follow all Maverick Suites policies and report any issues to staff. By booking a stay, you agree to these policies to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all. Thank you for your cooperation!
