Before Your Arrival

Off site Parking

We recommend our guests park at the Hynes Auditorium Garage (entrance at 50 Dalton St.) or the Copley Place Garage (100 Huntington Ave). We suggest checking out www.parkwhiz.com as it allows you to customize your search by cost or distance. You will also be able to determine the cost to park so you are able to plan ahead! In addition, we suggest visiting www.spothero.com – it features personal spots rented out by city residents and shows available garages and lot parking close by. With some good timing and a little luck, you might score a close space!

Early Check-in

Unfortunately, we cannot grant early check-in in advance. To guarantee early access to your unit, we suggest reserving the night before your scheduled arrival. Alternatively, please reach out to our team on the morning of your check-in date to see if we can grant such a request.

Luggage Storage

We recommend using Luggage Hero, a service that lets you store your bags in certified local shops, cafes, and hotels. They offer many luggage storage locations throughout the city, so there is usually one that is convenient.

During Your Stay

Smart Lock Explanation

Lock Information:

To Open: Enter 4-digit access code into keypad; after doing so, a click will sound and simultaneously the oval button at top will flash green. At this point, immediately turn lock to unlock the door.

To Close: Press oval button at the top and when green light flashes and clicking sound is heard,

turn lock counterclockwise to lock the door.

If RED light is flashing, please contact us immediately.

Wifi connection Trouble Shooting

We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble connecting. We suggest opening a web browser such as safari or chrome – this should prompt you to re-enter the wifi & password to connect.

TV trouble shooting

Be sure to point the remote at the cable box which is located in the closet. On your TV remote, ensure that the switch located at the very top of the remote is all the way to the left under the DirecTV logo. Finally, make sure that the input on the TV is set to HDMI 1.

AC/Heat Troubleshooting

To adjust the AC/heat in your unit, on the display make sure to hit the “system” button. There will be the option to choose “heat,” “cool,” or “off.” Select what you would like and adjust the temperature to your choosing by using the arrows. Hit the “hold” button to lock in the temperature.

Trash Disposal

Our team will take care of your trash upon your checkout. However, if you wish to dispose of trash during your stay, here’s how: Turn left out of our building and head left down Fairfield Street. Take another left onto Public Alley 432. Please dispose of all trash in the black trash barrels and blue for recycling. Please do not leave trash outside of the bins.

Laundry

We feature coin-operated washer and dryer machines that are located in the basement. Laundry is $2.50/cycle per machine. We do not offer coin change machines so please plan accordingly.

Late Check Out

Due to our high occupancy rate and advanced cleaning procedures, we are unable to grant late check-out in advance. To guarantee a later check-out we suggest reserving the unit for an additional night. Alternatively, please reach out to our team the night before your scheduled departure to see if we can grant such a request

Checkout Instructions

Check out time is 11AM. The cleaning crew arrives at this time so please make sure that you have collected all personal belongings, left the unit in the condition in which you entered it, and have departed. If you would like to extend your stay with Maverick Suites please let us know by contacting us directly.

Please let us know if there are any maintenance issues prior to check out.

General Information

Smoking Policy

Absolutely NO SMOKING. This building, as well as all Maverick Suites locations, are smoke-free environments and smoking is only permitted outdoors. Please
dispose of your cigarettes in the ashtray stand that is located in the adjacent courtyardAny guest discovered to be smoking and substance in their suite will be subject to a $250 charge and immediate removal from the property. Tampering with any smoke detecting equipment installed by Maverick Suites is prohibited and will also be subject to immediate removal and associated penalties.

Office Hours & Emergency Line

Maverick Suite’s office hours are 9 am-10 pm daily. Please reach us at 1-877-795-4387. After 10 pm we ask current guests that need assistance to leave a message and a member of our team will return your call as soon as possible. After 10 pm all emergency calls are monitored by our Maintenance Manager. Emergencies include; inability to access unit due to code failure; electricity, heat plumbing issues. We ask current guests that need assistance to leave a message with your Name, Phone Number, the property you’re staying at, and your unit number. Please be sure to leave the best contact number to ensure speedy assistance.

Covid Procedures

We want you to feel comfortable about choosing Maverick Suites. We are in accordance with CDC and local guidelines for cleaning and safety procedures related to COVID-19. Linen Change

We would be happy to provide fresh towels or linens upon request. A linen or towel turnover is $20 each. Please let us know if you would like this service and you can expect your clean items within 24hrs.

Mail Delivered

As we do not have the onsite staff, we do not monitor or collect mail or packages from guests. If you were to have mail sent, it would have to be sent to the property during your stay and we would recommend to check and make sure it is delivered on time!
