Boston’s Back Bay to Welcome New Concept Restaurant!
Boston’s Back Bay will soon welcome a new concept restaurant. The team behind 80 Thoreau in Concord is excited to be coming to Boston. The trio consists of Ian Calhoun, Vincent Vela, and chef Carolyn Johnson.
This exciting new venture will be located in the unique, triangular building at 304 Stuart Street. The team will occupy all three floors with takeout and counter service on the ground level. The main kitchen will be on the middle level with seating on the third floor.
80 Thoreau in Concord enjoys rave reviews for “progressive fine dining” and a menu focused on seasonal fare. The atmosphere is “worthy of an epicurean outing yet comfortable enough for a casual dinner.” Expect the same hospitality and attention to culinary detail at their Back Bay concept.
